Tony has a special passion for wedding photography relishing the pressure and seriousness of capturing weddings as a challenge that allows him practice a full range of photographic and creative skills: Portraiture, Posing, Lighting, Product Photography, Architectural Photography, Photojournalism, and more.
Tony, an American photographer currently based in Plano, Texas, embarked on a teaching career overseas starting in 2010. His journey into professional photography commenced a few years later while living in Tunisia, where he worked as a consultant and university professor.
In 2016, deciding to dedicate himself full time to photography, he founded RICAN STUDIO with the objective of creating world-class images alongside a team of professionals committed to excellence, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.
Due to the worsening political and economic conditions in Tunisia, he relocated his family and business back to the US in 2022. Photos from his travels can be viewed in the LOVE OF PHOTOGRAPHY album on the Rican Studio main site.
Adeline Merrick
Addie was born in South Africa, has lived around the world, and now calls Allen, Texas, home. Photography has been her passion since she was young. At 18 she bought her first camera and she's never looked back.
One of her most treasured photos is a childhood picture with her grandmother, of which there are very few. Photos like this epitomize her desire to capture meaningful moments. She's been fortunate to turn this passion into a full-time career, driven by the joy of preserving memories.
